Senior OT Cybersecurity Engineer (Lisbon/Coimbra)

About the role

Decskill is seeking a Senior OT Cybersecurity Engineer to join a project in a hybrid model, based in either Lisbon or Coimbra. The role focuses on protecting operational technology environments and contributing to security risk and architecture activities while exploring AI trends.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Cyber Security Risk Assessments and Threat Modelling.
• Conduct Security Architecture Reviews and apply security design best practices.
• Execute system security testing and vulnerability assessments.
• Work with network security and OT cybersecurity concepts.
• Explore how AI trends, including Agentic AI, can enhance products and processes.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional experience in cybersecurity, with mandatory OT cybersecurity experience.
• Proven experience in security risk assessments, threat modelling, and vulnerability assessments.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model from Lisbon or Coimbra.
