Senior Mobility Device Management Analyst

About the role

The Senior Mobility Device Management Analyst will join RTX Enterprise Services in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico, supporting the design, implementation and support of mobile device management solutions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as MobileIron and Microsoft Intune.
• Configure and deploy mobile devices, applications, and configurations according to RTX and business unit requirements.
• Develop, enforce and monitor mobile security policies, compliance standards and procedures.
• Participate in vendor meetings to ensure timely delivery and address product issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve gaps and issues related to mobile devices, connectivity and MDM.
• Provide administration, maintenance, monitoring, backup and contingency support for multiple MDM technologies and environments.
• Maintain and create documentation including SOPs, system architecture guides and diagrams following organizational standards.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mobile device management or related fields.
• Experience with preparing and delivering MDM solutions, mobile security and vendor coordination.
• Ability to work with written work instructions in English.
