Senior Learning Experience Manager (Facilitation)

About the role

The Senior Learning Experience Manager (Facilitation) leads the global Operations Learning Facilitation Teams, reporting to the Head of Learning for Travel Operations. The role designs, implements and oversees learning programs that support Travel Claims, Contact Centre, Sales and Service teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Collect training needs from Operations, Recruitment, Compliance, Strategic Teams and Key Initiatives.
• Design and plan training programmes aligned with business and customer objectives.
• Oversee content creation, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and Line‑of‑Business targets.
• Identify key skills, develop training pathways and coordinate localisation with Business Unit trainers.
• Coach, motivate and develop a global team of Training Facilitators.
• Support implementation of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and track learner progress.
• Plan and manage regional training logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation and classroom reservations.
• Monitor learning hours, training impact, and evaluation metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Promote knowledge‑management tools to improve real‑time access to relevant materials.

Required profile

• Significant experience in learning and development, preferably within large, multi‑regional operations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop global training teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across operational, recruitment and compliance functions.
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring training effectiveness and ROI.

• Learning Management System (LMS) implementation and administration.
• Salesforce (SF) integration for training tracking.
• Degreed platform usage.
• SharePoint for content management.
