Senior Leadership Roles for European EV Expansion

About the role

Green SM, a fast‑growing electric‑vehicle and sustainable mobility provider, is launching operations in the EU and seeks senior directors to shape its market entry across Portugal and Europe. The positions are senior‑level, strategic, and involve building teams and processes from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Operations Director – define and execute the overall operations strategy, oversee depot operations, driver ecosystem performance and daily KPIs.
• Legal Director – lead corporate governance, regulatory compliance, commercial contracts, employment matters and legal risk management.
• Driver Recruitment Director – design and implement driver supply programs, manage recruitment, onboarding and retention at scale.
• Recruitment Director – own talent acquisition strategy, employer branding, workforce planning and data‑driven hiring processes.
• Director of Vehicle Management – supervise fleet lifecycle, maintenance, repair quality, cost efficiency and vehicle availability.
• Depot Director – manage depot performance, fleet readiness, charging infrastructure and vehicle dispatch.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in the relevant functional area (operations, legal, recruitment, fleet management or depot operations).
• Demonstrated ability to build high‑performing teams and processes in a start‑up or fast‑growth environment.
• Strong strategic thinking with a focus on sustainable mobility and electric‑vehicle markets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross‑functional teams.
