Senior IT Project Manager – Remote (Lisbon)

About the role
Randstad's Digital division is seeking a Senior IT Project / Service Manager to lead complex technology projects focused on digital platforms. The role bridges engineering teams (DevOps and Cloud) with business units, providing autonomy over schedules, budgets, and delivery optimisation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and align project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Define and monitor clear KPIs and metrics to ensure successful delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams (integrations, APIs) and business stakeholders.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 years of experience in project or service management.
- At least 4 years working in technology environments.
- Fluent Portuguese and advanced English (C1 level).
Required skills
- Proficiency with Waterfall and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience using Jira and Microsoft Project.
- Background in Cloud and DevOps concepts.
- Knowledge of integrations and APIs.
