Senior HTML/Markup Developer

About the role

BrainRocket is seeking an experienced Senior HTML/Markup Developer to join its Lisbon development team. You will transform Figma designs into high‑performance, responsive iGaming websites, ensuring pixel‑perfect visual quality and fast load times.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and customize new brand websites based on design specifications.
• Implement and style interfaces following Figma layouts and branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with designers to fine‑tune design nuances.
• Style key components such as login/registration pages, dashboards, game halls, sports pages, and navigation elements.
• Update and manage core framework versions across multiple brands.
• Maintain code quality through reviews and release management.
• Support live brands with styling updates, bug fixes, and feature rollouts.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Introduce creative ideas and continuously improve design implementation and performance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience as an HTML/Markup Developer.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, responsive design, and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Proven ability to build adaptive, pixel‑perfect layouts across devices.
• Experience in large‑scale or multi‑brand environments.
• Excellent collaboration skills with designers, QA, and developers.

Required skills

• HTML using Pug.
• CSS using SCSS.
• Sass or Less preprocessors.
• CSS/JS animations, transitions, and motion techniques.
• Version control with Git.
• Design tools: Figma, Sketch, Photoshop.
• Web performance optimization.
• Accessibility standards.
