Senior Full Stack/Frontend Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack/Frontend Engineer to lead the development of high‑performance, type‑safe web applications. You will work closely with product, design, backend and mobile teams to deliver secure fintech solutions for multiple European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive front‑end features using React.js and Next.js with a strong TypeScript focus.
• Integrate with Java/Spring Boot backend services and consume GraphQL APIs via Apollo Client.
• Implement state management using Redux, Context API or Zustand in a TypeScript environment.
• Optimize web performance, ensure accessibility, and handle internationalisation (i18n) for multi‑language releases.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate mobile‑first designs into web experiences.
• Utilise AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development while maintaining code quality.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional frontend or full‑stack web development experience.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

• Advanced TypeScript (generics, type inference, complex types)
• React.js and core principles
• Next.js (SSR, SSG, API routes)
• Java and Spring Boot (backend support)
• Modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• State management libraries: Redux, Context API, Zustand
• GraphQL and Apollo Client
• Git version control
• UI component libraries: Chakra UI, Material UI (optional but preferred)
• RESTful API integration (nice to have)
• i18n frameworks for multi‑language applications (nice to have)
