Senior Full Stack Engineer (Spring Boot & Angular)

About the role

Join Signicat's Lisbon team as a Senior Software Engineer and help shape case‑management and orchestration systems. You will tackle security, scalability and reliability challenges for services used by leading European companies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy scalable front‑end and back‑end applications with Spring Boot and Angular in a cloud‑native environment.
• Collaborate with product, design, security and engineering teams, providing mentorship through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Introduce new technologies and ideas to evolve the platform, processes and engineering culture.
• Deploy and manage services on Google Cloud Platform using Docker, Kubernetes, Open Policy Agent and automated GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain system reliability and observability with Postgres, Firestore, StackDriver, Prometheus, Grafana and Loki.

Required profile

• Professional experience building scalable and secure systems with Java (Spring Boot).
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and RESTful API design.
• Collaborative mindset, clear communication and a commitment to clean, well‑tested code.
• Professional fluency in English for international collaboration.
