Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

Bose Corporation is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support its Global Consumer Sales businesses across Europe, Australia and other regions. The role combines month‑end financial close, P&L analysis and strategic finance navigation in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review month‑end financials for Global Consumer Sales regions and analyse P&L variances.
• Prepare journal entries for accruals and consolidate financial results across Europe, Australia and other GCS regions.
• Provide finance navigation support for Europe, becoming subject‑matter expert on sales, discounts and operating expenses.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Product & Marketing and Sales Operations to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support quarterly forecast and annual operating plan processes, partnering with sales leadership to align assumptions.
• Drive performance improvements with the GCS Business Navigation team and execute ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant financial analysis experience.
• Strong customer focus and ability to turn data into actionable insight.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for global collaboration.
