Senior Financial Analyst – Finance Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance Business Partner team in Funchal, Madeira. In this full‑time on‑site position you will support our clients’ operational and strategic decisions through accurate financial reporting, planning and insightful analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver financial reports, budgets, forecasts and variance analyses.
• Develop and maintain financial models, valuations and KPI dashboards.
• Conduct scenario, sensitivity and performance analyses to guide strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing and operations, to align financial insights with business objectives.
• Present financial information clearly to senior leadership and non‑financial stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A or similar roles.
• Proven track record in financial modeling, valuation and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Advanced Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas).
• SQL.

• ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI or similar).
