Senior Digital Manager – EMEA

About the role

dss+ is seeking a senior leader to shape and drive the go‑to‑market strategy for its Digital Practice across the EMEA region. You will define how digital transformation solutions are positioned, sold, and delivered, working closely with regional leaders, product owners, and client teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for digital consulting offerings across regions and industries.
• Identify market opportunities and translate customer needs into scalable digital solutions.
• Develop technology partnerships to strengthen the digital ecosystem.
• Support product strategy, including positioning, pricing, and target audience definition.
• Drive adoption of consultative, value‑based digital selling across sales teams.
• Act as senior subject‑matter expert, providing technical and strategic guidance on engagements.
• Lead, coach, and develop regional consulting teams to enhance digital capabilities.
• Engage senior client stakeholders and influence technical and business decisions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine the digital value proposition.
• Collaborate with marketing to shape communications and campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in digital consulting or transformation.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to define market strategies.
• Experience working across multiple regions and industries.
