Senior Developer Advocate (Education) – EMEA

About the role

n8n is looking for a Senior Developer Advocate with a strong education focus to inspire and guide the EMEA community of automation, no‑code and open‑source builders. You will create learning experiences that help developers move from curiosity to real proficiency with n8n workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Teach and support a global community through practical how‑tos, troubleshooting, and relationship building.
• Own and produce certified courses, short‑form videos, livestreams, blogs, meetups and social content.
• Drive the full funnel: awareness content to attract new builders, activation content to convert them into proficient users.
• Collaborate with partners on co‑marketing and curriculum opportunities.
• Maintain technical accuracy in all instructional material.
• Track success metrics (completion rates, certification pass rates, proficiency gains) and iterate on initiatives.
• Design learning outcomes, scaffolded pathways, and assessments that prove competence.

Required profile

• 5+ years in tech, including at least 2 years in Developer Relations or Developer Education.
• Experience creating content for YouTube, short‑form video, courses, blogs, meetups, public speaking or events.
• Passionate teacher‑learner mindset, empathetic, inclusive and enthusiastic about helping others.
• Strong interest in automation, no‑code and open‑source ecosystems.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience building n8n workflows and troubleshooting them.
