Senior Delivery Manager – Software Release

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead end‑to‑end software delivery and release management for Five9’s cloud contact‑center platform. You will ensure releases are planned, coordinated and executed with high quality and minimal disruption.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement release schedules, manage the release pipeline and coordinate development, QA, operations and support teams.
• Oversee the full release lifecycle from planning through deployment and post‑release support.
• Work with product, engineering and stakeholders to prioritize release content and align with business objectives.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks, develop mitigation strategies and communicate status to all levels.
• Analyze release performance, drive process automation and adopt industry best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software delivery or release management.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD and release management.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands‑on use of Jira, GitLab and Launch Darkly.
• Version control and configuration management expertise.
