Senior Data Engineer – End‑to‑End Data Pipelines

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to design, build and operate end‑to‑end data pipelines for large‑scale logistics data at Bosch Service Solutions in Lisbon. You will lead a squad, shape architecture and mentor junior engineers while working in an agile Scrum environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain batch and near‑real‑time data pipelines using Databricks, DBT and Airflow.
• Create robust data models and transformations on the modern data stack (MS Fabric, MS SQL Server, SSIS).
• Ensure data quality, performance and reliability for operational and analytical use cases.
• Lead complex data‑engineering topics, contribute to architecture decisions and define best practices.
• Coach junior team members and foster a collaborative data‑engineering community.
• Interact with stakeholders and participate in Scrum ceremonies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related fields.
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in logistics or supply‑chain data is a plus.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
