Senior Content & Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Bomporto Hotels is looking for a Senior Content & Digital Marketing Manager who believes great marketing goes beyond clicks and impressions. You will craft compelling stories, turn data into decisions, and create digital experiences that inspire guests to book, stay, and return.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit all key content, including website copy, accommodation packages, campaigns, newsletters, brochures, guest communications, and menus.
• Manage CRM performance, guest database growth, segmentation, automation, and data integrity.
• Create and optimise email marketing campaigns focused on engagement, upselling and conversion.
• Lead SEO and GEO initiatives across three hotel websites, identifying opportunities to improve visibility, traffic and bookings.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Operations, F&B, Spa and General Managers to support commercial objectives through content and digital marketing.

Required profile

• Exceptional writer and editor with native‑level or near‑native English communication skills.
• Creative mindset combined with a strong commercial orientation.
• Hands‑on experience with SEO, GEO, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and digital performance marketing.
• Comfortable using WordPress, Revinate (or similar), Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
