Senior Consultant

About the role

VML is seeking a Senior Consultant to join a multidisciplinary team of consultants, developers, data analysts, experience designers, and loyalty/CRM specialists. In this position you will lead transformation projects for a diverse portfolio of clients, shaping strategies across marketing, customer operating models, commerce, and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex engagements that drive growth, customer transformation, loyalty, commerce, and digital experiences.
• Analyse business challenges, develop robust diagnoses and actionable solutions.
• Mentor and support a high‑performing team of strategists, designers and innovators.
• Manage project teams to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality deliverables.
• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing insightful recommendations.
• Present findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• Seasoned problem‑solver with a passion for untangling complex business problems.
• Exceptional communicator able to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations.
• Proven experience leading transformation or consulting projects in marketing, commerce or loyalty domains.
