Senior Consultant – Cost Optimisation & Procurement

About the role

ERA Group is seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Consultant to lead cost optimisation, procurement and performance improvement programmes across multiple industries. You will operate as an independent practice within a global brand, shaping your market strategy, building a team and expanding a client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver cost‑optimisation, procurement and performance‑improvement projects for clients in sectors such as Pharma, Energy, Manufacturing, Consumer and Logistics.
• Develop and execute business‑development activities to grow a sustainable client base and long‑term partnerships.
• Define the strategic direction, go‑to‑market approach and team structure for your practice.
• Engage directly with C‑level executives to negotiate, implement and measure savings and transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Extensive consulting or senior leadership experience in cost management, procurement or performance improvement.
• Proven track record of acquiring clients and delivering complex projects.
• Deep expertise in at least one of the following industries: Pharma/Life Sciences, Energy/Utilities, Manufacturing, Consumer, Logistics.
• Strong confidence in interacting with C‑suite stakeholders and leveraging a professional network.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to build and scale a consulting practice.
