Senior Clinical Research Associate

About the role

Piper Companies is looking for a Senior Clinical Research Associate to join a leading Clinical Research Organization. Based in Puerto Rico, you will travel to oncology sites across the region to ensure trial quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site monitoring visits to verify compliance with GCP, ICH and local regulations.
• Support subject recruitment and adjust recruitment plans as needed.
• Provide protocol training and maintain communication with study sites.
• Assess site adherence to protocol and regulatory requirements, reporting any quality issues.
• Track study progress, including regulatory approvals, enrollment, data collection and query resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recent on‑site monitoring experience in oncology.
• Proficiency with CTMS, EDC and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in site management, patient recruitment and clinical trial documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

What we offer

• Salary range $110,000–$130,000 per year (USD).
