Senior Client Services Executive

About the role

The Senior Client Services Executive is the primary liaison between our clients and internal production teams in Lisbon. You will manage the full project lifecycle, from initial client request through delivery, ensuring high‑quality outcomes and strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client project requests using our centralized technology platform.
• Collaborate with production staff to define scope, estimate costs and timelines, and create detailed project briefs.
• Initiate projects by setting budgets, schedules, and instructions while anticipating potential roadblocks.
• Resolve any issues with clients before work is handed to production and ensure smooth hand‑over to the team.
• Continuously learn about clients’ industries, educate internal teams, and maintain a high level of service.
• Monitor progress, communicate updates, and guarantee adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Act as the central point of contact between external clients and internal production personnel.
• Comply with ISO regulations and internal processes, troubleshoot problem projects, and investigate client complaints.
• Support and train junior team members and perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience in customer service and at least three years in a management role.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to work with diverse cultures.
• Independent worker who also thrives in a team environment.
