Senior Civil Site Engineer

About the role

CSA Group is looking for a Senior Civil Site Engineer to lead the design and planning of multi‑disciplinary engineering projects. You will work in a fast‑paced, diverse environment, collaborating with MEP, structural, and architecture teams to deliver resilient infrastructure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop sketches, diagrams, design alternatives, calculations, permitting and construction drawings under the supervision of an experienced civil engineer.
• Assist with project scope, schedule, budgets, documentation, submittals, quality, communications, and coordination across disciplines.
• Collaborate with MEP, structural engineering, and architecture departments on multi‑disciplinary projects.
• Attend project and client meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
• Support report writing and the development of contract documents.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in design and planning of multi‑disciplinary engineering projects, including civil‑site work.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Strong knowledge of current codes and standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Curiosity for continuous learning in AI and commitment to ethical, responsible AI adoption.
