Senior C# .NET Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior C# .NET Developer to join a consulting project for a business investment banking and financial services client. The role is based in Portugal (Porto or Lisbon) with a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain C# applications using .NET Framework 4.8+ and .NET Core 8.
• Implement architectural patterns such as CQRS, DDD, and use data access tools like Dapper and EF Core.
• Collaborate with the team using Git, Gitflow, Jira and Confluence to manage the full software lifecycle.
• Deploy and operate solutions on Azure services including DevOps, SQL Database, Blob Storage, App Service and related pipelines.
• Ensure high‑quality code and performance for critical banking and financial services operations.

Required profile

• More than 9 years of professional experience as a C# .NET developer.
• Higher education degree in Engineering or Information Technologies.
• Proven experience across all stages of the application lifecycle.
• Fluent English communication skills.
