Senior Associate, ECC Technology

About the role

KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate for its Enterprise Contracting Center Technology team to support Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) applications and related processes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer CLM systems, manage user access, configure settings, and provide frontline troubleshooting.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements, draft user stories, process flows, and use cases for system enhancements.
• Support release cycles and maintenance updates by creating test scripts, executing UAT, tracking defects, and maintaining documentation and SOPs.
• Serve as the operational point of contact for contracting practitioners, internal IT, and vendors, handling support tickets and monitoring system performance.
• Identify process improvement and workflow automation opportunities, assist on small projects, and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of progressive experience with contract and data management.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills with a customer‑service mindset.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Required skills

• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software.
• Familiarity with generative AI applications for document analysis and workflow automation.
• Ability to draft test scripts, perform UAT, and track defect resolution.
