Senior Architect

About the role

Quadrante is expanding its Buildings Business Unit and seeks a Senior Architect to join the Architecture department in Lisbon. You will work on national and international projects of varied scales, contributing to the delivery of sustainable and technically robust building solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client requests and participate in meetings to capture needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Develop and implement tools and methodologies that boost individual and team productivity.
• Guide, support, and mentor junior team members throughout project phases.
• Monitor project processes with stakeholders and authorities to ensure compliance.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget, coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar senior architectural role.
• Proven ability to design across multiple project phases using Revit.
• High autonomy, attention to detail, and strong analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
