Senior Analytics Engineer – Data Pipelines & AI

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to design, build and operate automated, scalable data pipelines that support procurement digitalisation and AI initiatives within Bosch Service Solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, operate and maintain end‑to‑end ETL pipelines and data products for procurement processes.
• Translate customer requirements into data transformations and models that enable reporting and decision‑making.
• Ensure data integrity, security and quality by collaborating with data producers and consumers.
• Support ad‑hoc analyses, document solutions and scale them for broader use.
• Work with an international team, balancing project management, customer needs and IT frameworks.
• Apply a service‑oriented, data‑driven mindset and follow DevOps best practices for pipeline stability and monitoring.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in data modelling, data engineering, ETL processes and data warehouses/lakehouses.
• Proven experience with SQL; Python is a plus.
• Familiarity with modern data‑stack tools such as dbt, Databricks and Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, data testing and KPI monitoring.
• Experience working in agile environments and managing projects and stakeholders.
