Senior Analog Design Engineer

About the role

You are an experienced analog design engineer passionate about developing high‑performance integrated circuits for cutting‑edge SerDes products. In this role you will lead design efforts, mentor junior engineers and collaborate with global, multicultural teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive design and development of medium to large complexity analog circuits for high‑speed SerDes supporting Ethernet and PCIe standards.
• Guide analog designers to meet electrical specifications and reliability constraints.
• Define project execution methods, plan analog design activities and milestones.
• Conduct design reviews, follow up on improvements and ensure high‑quality outcomes.
• Evaluate and minimize parasitic effects in layout, working closely with layout teams.
• Ensure silicon correlation with simulation results and validate design robustness.

Required profile

• M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of experience or Ph.D. with 6+ years.
• Proven track record in CMOS analog design and hands‑on experience with ADC, DAC, PLL, Rx, Tx, etc.
• Experience coordinating design activities across teams and managing medium‑complexity designs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Collaborative, analytical thinker who thrives in multicultural, global environments.
