Senior Account Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive global revenue growth by building relationships with enterprise publishers and leading complex commercial conversations. Based in Portugal, you will own the full sales cycle and work with a remote, globally distributed team to solve digital advertising challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise web and mobile app publishers across EMEA and APAC.
• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, industry events, and professional networks.
• Identify and engage key decision‑makers, turning conversations into qualified opportunities.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand customer challenges such as revenue optimization and traffic quality.
• Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate measurable value.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation, contracting, and closing.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and documentation using CRM tools.
• Coordinate handoffs to onboarding teams while staying engaged during implementation.
• Build long‑term relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
• Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive trends with internal teams.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or account management.
• Proven track record of building pipelines and closing complex B2B or enterprise deals.
• Experience in the digital advertising ecosystem (buy side or sell side).
• Strong understanding of commercial strategy, discovery, qualification, forecasting, and deal progression.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders across diverse markets and cultures.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and ability to work remotely.
• Strong analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools for pipeline and forecast management.
