Scheduling Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly efficient and detail‑oriented Scheduling Coordinator to support senior managers across the US, EMEA, and APAC regions. The role is ideal for a tech‑savvy professional who thrives in fast‑paced, international environments and can ensure seamless calendar and meeting management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update senior managers’ calendars with precision, following client standards.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones, handling conversions and regional holidays accurately.
• Proactively monitor calendars for conflicts, suggest alternatives, and prioritize requests.
• Manage meeting logistics, including Teams links and room bookings.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and expense submissions using Concur.
• Serve as a professional point of contact for managers and stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in administrative, scheduling, or coordination roles, preferably in a multinational setting.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level) with a business‑ready tone.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to “getting it right the first time.”
