SAP Test Manager – Governance, Strategy & Automation Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Test Manager to lead test governance, strategy and automation for a large-scale SAP transformation at Bosch’s R&D centre in Aveiro. The role will cover end-to-end quality across ECC to S/4 HANA migrations, Fiori enablement and global template roll-outs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain an enterprise-wide SAP test strategy for ECC, S/4 HANA and related Fiori applications.
• Establish a governance model aligned with SAP Activate phases and manage quality gates, KPIs, risk frameworks and regression strategies.
• Design and execute the automation roadmap using Worksoft Certify, covering end-to-end processes, regression packs, data-driven scenarios and GUI/Fiori automation.
• Oversee test tools such as OpenText ALM, SAP Solution Manager Test Suite and Jira, and provide executive dashboards via Power BI.
• Track automation coverage, ROI and ensure integration with cross-system data flows.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a SAP Test Manager in large transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, SAP Activate methodology and Fiori.
• Hands-on expertise with Worksoft Certify and test-management tools.
• Ability to define metrics, risk assessments and drive governance in an Agile environment.
