SAP BI Consultant & Team Leader

About the role

IRIUM is seeking a Senior SAP BI Consultant & Team Leader to join its Public Finance business unit. You will work with multiple public‑sector clients, driving the design, implementation and maintenance of SAP Business Intelligence solutions while leading a small team of consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) planning and Datasphere projects for public‑finance clients.
• Develop and present business cases, market presentations and promotional material for new data‑analytics offerings.
• Coordinate a team of consultants, ensuring quality, timelines and client satisfaction.
• Participate in pre‑sales activities, including solution demos and proposal writing.
• Maintain strong relationships with public entities, understanding budgeting and key budget‑item processes.

Required profile

• Fluent in Portuguese and residing in Portugal.
• Willingness to work on‑site three days a week in Lisbon (hybrid model).
• Experience in financial projects within the public sector.
• Strong commercial skills for solution presentation and pre‑sales.
