Salesforce Service Cloud Tech Lead – Retail & E‑Commerce

About the role

Design and develop custom Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to meet business requirements. Implement and customize Service Cloud features such as case management, knowledge base, and customer portals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Optimize existing Salesforce configurations for performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, focusing on Service Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript.
• Experience with HTML/CSS, responsive design, and C#.
• Expertise in REST API integration and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
• Familiarity with retail and e‑commerce business processes and customer service operations.
