Salesforce Developer – Banking Sector

About the role

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to design, develop and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform for our banking sector clients. The role involves creating Apex, Visualforce and Lightning components, integrating external systems and ensuring high‑quality code delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement customized solutions on Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Components.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems via APIs, web services and middleware.
• Define and implement data models and security configurations within Salesforce.
• Ensure code quality through best development practices, testing and version control with Git.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members when required.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Components.
• Proven experience in Salesforce integrations (APIs, web services, middleware).
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security and data modeling.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I) are highly preferred.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
