Sales & Service Agent (Various locations)

About the role

As a Sales & Service Agent you will be the front‑line representative of Liberty, delivering a seamless customer experience in our retail stores across Puerto Rico. You will combine sales expertise with service support to resolve inquiries, upsell telecom products, and promote automatic payment options.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer service interactions, resolve billing, service, technical, or maintenance issues promptly.
• Promote and sell fixed and mobile services, accessories, and promotional plans to existing and prospective customers.
• Open new customer accounts, record accurate information, and process transactions.
• Retain customers who request disconnection or downgrade by offering suitable solutions.
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors or managers when necessary.
• Provide information on automatic payment options such as Direct Debit, IVR, web payment, and phone payment.
• Collaborate with store management on merchandising, product launches, and daily operations.
• Maintain compliance with Liberty’s Customer First Philosophy, code of conduct, and safety standards.

Required profile

• Education and/or experience in customer service, sales, or retail environments.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to meet sales targets and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, on‑site retail setting.
