Sales Representative – Ponce, Puerto Rico

About the role

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive growth in the southern region of Puerto Rico. You will work remotely from Ponce, leveraging deep product knowledge to identify new market opportunities and support local distribution channels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop opportunities in new markets and growth areas for diagnostic product lines.
• Define line‑specific strategies and oversee short‑, mid‑, and long‑term planning processes.
• Provide technical, scientific, and marketing support to regional distribution partners to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to design and implement integrated sales and marketing plans.
• Maintain cross‑functional relationships, sharing best practices across departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a health‑related field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering) or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in life sciences, diagnostics, or biotechnology.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of clinical diagnostics products.
• Experience developing product line strategies and sales plans.
• Ability to deliver technical and scientific support to customers.
