Sales Promoter

About the role

As a Sales Promoter at Triple‑S, you will help expand the reach of our managed‑care products for Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries. You will engage with community groups, businesses, and public agencies to present our Medicare Advantage plans and drive enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Attend daily promotional activities and marketing events targeting Medicare Advantage prospects.
• Complete appointment and activity forms during both informal and formal outreach sessions.
• Ensure all actions comply with federal, state, and local regulations governing Medicare Advantage.
• Report daily production metrics to the coordinator, supervisor, or manager.
• Submit all required documentation on time and with the quality standards set by the company.
• Identify and pursue market opportunities within assigned regions, including community organizations and social service agencies.
• Support strategic initiatives and provide assistance to other marketing, sales, and departmental teams.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with providers and community partners.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent technical coursework.
• Six months to one year of experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to company policies, MIPPA, and CMS regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to documentation deadlines.
