Sales Manager – Corporate Accounts

About the role

The Sales Manager serves as the on‑property point of contact for business travel, driving the strategic growth of the transient corporate segment. You will identify, secure, and manage negotiated corporate accounts while maximizing room‑night production and overall revenue for the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and solicit new local, regional, and national corporate accounts.
• Negotiate and manage preferred corporate rate agreements and participate in Marriott’s annual RFP process.
• Target key sectors such as financial services, legal firms, government agencies, healthcare/pharma, cruise‑related businesses, and Caribbean corporations.
• Maintain and grow existing corporate relationships, conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections.
• Monitor account performance, develop quarterly and annual business plans, and present them to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to set competitive rates and analyze market intelligence using STR, Amadeus 360, MarRFP, Lighthouse, and Marriott MiNT data.
• Ensure flexible availability, including AM/PM shifts, weekends, holidays, and travel as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality sales and corporate account development.
• Strong negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel for business purposes.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets.
