Sales Development Representative - Spanish

About the role

Remote is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative who will focus on Spanish‑speaking prospects. You will help potential and existing customers discover the value of Remote’s global HR platform and set the stage for successful sales engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to, qualify, and engage inbound leads and outbound inquiries.
• Source new prospects, conduct outreach, and book appointments for Account Executives.
• Communicate Remote’s value propositions clearly and assess prospect fit.
• Support Account Executives with research, prospect education, and hand‑offs.
• Create target prospect lists, penetrate key accounts, and conduct cold calls.
• Identify decision‑makers, gather business requirements, and present tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Proven business‑development success using core sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Lusha.
• Previous experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS technology company.
• Strong negotiation, persuasive selling, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strategic and tactical thinking with a positive attitude toward rejection and criticism.
• Self‑starter, proactive, and able to generate new ideas for the team.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; remote‑work experience is a plus.
