Sales Development Representative, Italian Speaker

About the role

TeamViewer is seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative who speaks Italian to join its growing sales team. In this front‑line position you will generate qualified leads for Account Executives by executing targeted outbound campaigns across email, phone and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research high‑fit accounts and key decision‑makers in the target market.
• Conduct daily multi‑channel outreach including cold calls, personalized emails and LinkedIn networking.
• Perform initial discovery calls to uncover prospect pain points and assess fit with TeamViewer’s solutions.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM to ensure pipeline integrity.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives to refine messaging based on market feedback.
• Continuously develop product knowledge and stay informed on industry trends.

Required profile

• University or college degree in Business, Marketing or related field (not mandatory).
• Fluency in Italian and English; Spanish is a strong advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing or customer service, preferably B2B; SDR experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a “hunter” mentality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑rejection environment and take feedback quickly.
