Sales Development Representative & Business Developer

About the role

IT Picker, a technology staffing and consulting firm, is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative & Business Developer to expand its international client base, with a focus on the US and UK markets. You will identify new opportunities, manage outbound outreach, and nurture relationships across multiple geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients through LinkedIn, cold outreach, events, and referrals.
• Qualify and develop new business opportunities across international markets.
• Manage the full business development cycle from first contact to contract signature.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity records in the CRM.
• Build long‑term relationships with decision‑makers at target companies.
• Collaborate with internal delivery and recruitment teams to align commercial efforts with capacity.
• Represent IT Picker in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or business development within a national or international consulting firm.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of core tech concepts such as Frontend, Backend, and UX/UI Design.
• Proven track record working with international clients and cross‑border deals.
• Strong negotiation, prospecting, and relationship‑building skills.
