Sales Development Representative / Account Manager

About the role

Join a leading global customer experience provider as a Sales Development Representative / Account Manager in Lisbon. You will work with a recognized digital platform, helping businesses build and optimise their online advertising strategies while driving growth and nurturing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, email, social outreach).
• Build and manage a pipeline of B2B clients and agency partners.
• Support onboarding and activation of new advertisers.
• Act as a trusted advisor, recommending tailored advertising solutions.
• Manage and optimise advertising campaigns to drive performance and ROI.
• Build strong, long‑term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign results and adjust strategies based on performance data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high‑quality client experiences.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1/C2).
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or business development.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Results‑driven mindset with ability to meet KPIs.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
