Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate will join Data@ccess Communication’s on‑site team in San Juan, driving new business and supporting existing accounts for the company’s telecom and data‑center solutions. This full‑time position involves guiding customers through the entire sales cycle, from first contact to contract signing and onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective business customers through outbound and inbound calls.
• Explain Data@ccess’s telecom, internet, data‑center and managed network services.
• Prepare proposals, quotes and accurate records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Nurture existing accounts, support renewals and pursue upselling opportunities.
• Provide follow‑up to guarantee customer satisfaction and gather market feedback.

Required profile

• Strong sales and customer‑relationship abilities, including prospecting, consultative selling and negotiation.
• Clear verbal and written communication with professional presentation skills.
• Basic technical understanding of telecom, internet, data‑center and managed network services, with a willingness to learn product details.
• Organizational skills for accurate record‑keeping, time management and attention to detail.
• Adaptability and problem‑solving capacity in a fast‑paced environment.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications or related field is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in San Juan and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
