About the role

Join Psycho Bunny’s vibrant retail team as a Sales Associate at the Barceloneta Outlets. You will deliver a high‑quality customer experience while embodying the brand’s bold, refined style.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with visual merchandising directives and maintain store housekeeping standards.
• Operate POS and other computer systems to process transactions, handle merchandise transfers, and fulfill orders.
• Apply loss‑prevention procedures to protect store assets and report any violations.
• Engage customers with authentic clienteling, build long‑term relationships, and drive sales.
• Capture customer contact information to build a loyal, repeat‑business base.
• Support additional duties as assigned by store management.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year retail sales experience.
• Competitive, outgoing, and fun personality with a passion for outstanding service.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
