Sales Assistant – Finance Department

About the role

Join Airbus Atlantic Portugal as a Sales Assistant in the Finance Department, supporting the site in Santo Tirso. You will be the main point of contact for order‑related activities, ensuring smooth administrative processes from order entry to delivery while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full administrative lifecycle of customer orders, from entry to delivery.
• Prepare customer invoices and related sales documentation in line with accounting procedures.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and resolve charge accuracy issues.
• Update pricing, maintain customer contracts, and handle export documentation such as packing lists and certificates of origin.
• Conduct transportation cost studies, monitor transport invoices, and track product availability to prevent stockouts.
• Provide customers with timely responses to order‑related inquiries.
• Analyse sales data and produce regular reports for management.
• Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain organized digital and physical records.

Required profile

• Degree in marketing, management, economics, accounting, finance or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting or a similar administrative role.
• Fluent written and spoken English; French is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and good interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
