About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join our boutique in Coimbra. You will be the front‑line representative of our fashion brand, providing friendly service and ensuring the store runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service, assisting shoppers with product information and purchases.
- Maintain the order and cleanliness of the sales floor and stockroom.
- Ensure store and stockroom standards comply with company guidelines.
- Report and communicate any incidents or important matters to management.
- Handle company requests, process payments, refunds and manage cash registers.
- Monitor supplies, consumables and coordinate stock orders.
Required profile
- Passion for fashion and retail.
- Dynamic, energetic attitude with the ability to work well in a team.
- Strong communication skills and immediate availability.
- English language proficiency is a plus.
