Russian‑Speaking Customer Support Representative – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a Russian‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join our Lisbon BPO team. You will assist users of various digital products, helping them resolve issues and maximise their online experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide phone, email and live‑chat support to Russian‑speaking customers.
• Handle inquiries related to account management, technical troubleshooting and general product usage.
• Inform users about new features, updates and enhancements.
• Escalate complex cases to senior support or technical teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve service quality and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Native or highly proficient Russian with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong command of English for internal communication.
• Previous experience in customer support or a client‑facing role is preferred.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and focus on user‑centric solutions.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑task environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software.
