Russian Customer Service Advisor – Porto

About the role

Join a fast‑growing international iGaming company in Porto as a Russian Customer Service Advisor. You will provide friendly, solution‑focused assistance to Russian‑speaking players across chat, email and phone, helping them enjoy a seamless gaming experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver prompt support to Russian‑speaking players via live chat, email and telephone.
• Resolve inquiries about accounts, games, payments, promotions and technical issues.
• Guide users through the platform and explain processes clearly.
• Collaborate with technical, payments and compliance teams on escalations.
• Document interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Uphold company policies, regulatory standards and responsible gaming principles.
• Participate in special projects aimed at improving customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Russian speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in iGaming or a related fast‑paced sector.
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to work shift‑based schedules, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Eligibility to work in Portugal and availability for on‑site work in Porto.
