Running Operations Coordinator – Iberia

About the role

Powerdot is looking for a Running Operations Coordinator to own the performance of its EV charging network across Portugal and contribute to Iberian initiatives. You will lead the local Ranger/Field Technician team, coordinate service providers, and work closely with hardware suppliers to keep chargers available, reliable, and delivering a seamless charging experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the operational performance of the charging network in the Portuguese region and support projects in Spain.
• Prioritise high‑impact interventions, reduce downtime, and accelerate issue resolution.
• Assign the right Ranger to the right site, ensuring first‑time fixes and optimal partner performance.
• Coordinate with service providers, monitor uptime metrics, and use data to identify recurring issues.
• Visit charging stations regularly, understand field conditions, and occasionally perform hands‑on troubleshooting.
• Standardise processes, lead cross‑market initiatives, and build a high‑performance culture across Iberia.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills for direct interaction with Rangers, suppliers, and internal technical teams.
