Run Community Leader – Lisbon

About the role

BAMOBORA is looking for a passionate runner to lead its Lisbon community. You will be the face of the movement, organising weekly social runs and fostering a culture where participation beats performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and lead weekly social run sessions across Lisbon.
• Handle on‑ground logistics, including route selection, safety checks and participant communication.
• Engage and grow the runner community, encouraging inclusive participation.
• Promote BAMOBORA’s blend of running, fashion, art and city culture.
• Represent the brand at events and coordinate local take‑overs.

Required profile

• Active runner who enjoys pulling people along.
• Strong belief in “participation over performance”.
• Fun‑loving, ownership‑mindset with a start‑up attitude.
• Interest in pop culture and city life; love of matcha is a plus.
