RPA Support Engineer – French Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking RPA Support Engineer to join Smart Consulting in Lisbon. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving robotic process automation solutions in production, ensuring smooth operation for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot and maintain RPA processes built on UiPath and other platforms.
• Analyse incidents, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Document processes, create reports and share best practices across teams.
• Perform quality assurance, testing and validation of new and existing RPA solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on production support experience with UiPath.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑centric attitude with excellent communication in French and English (B2 minimum).
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.

Required skills

• UiPath (mandatory) and familiarity with Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere.
• Programming in C# and/or VB.Net.
• Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of version‑control systems and Agile methodologies.
