About the role
The Room Service Server is responsible for receiving orders, preparing them, and delivering items to guestrooms in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.
Key responsibilities
- Receive guest orders accurately.
- Prepare orders according to hotel standards.
- Deliver items promptly to guestrooms.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
- Flexible and long hours may be required.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb occasionally and 20 lb frequently.
