About the role
We are seeking an Order Taker for Room Service at the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico. The role will be part of the guest services team delivering exceptional service to our guests.
Pyramid Global Hospitality manages over 200 hotels and resorts worldwide. The Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico, located on the oceanfront of Rio Grande, features 579 guest rooms, extensive meeting space, a lagoon‑style pool, a 27‑hole Tom Kite‑designed golf course and a full‑service rainforest spa.
